I offer a variety of one-to-one and group solutions for those seeking a helping hand to better health.

 

Personalised one-to-one coaching for your lifestyle and lifestage

I help you make personal lifestyle changes that you can enjoy and maintain.  I motivate you by providing you with resources and one-on-one support.

I educate and inspire you to live life to the fullest by teaching you how to incorporate proper rest, quality nutrition, daily movement and more focused thinking into your everyday life. 

We can work together to clarify what it is you really want and then chunk it down to get there. I keep you accountable as I support and challenge you to reach your targets. Your habits of thinking and behaving will become clearer as you gain awareness of your patterns. Together we'll point you in a new direction and lay down some new habits.

I don't tell you what to do so much as work with you on your habits and decisions, the ones you make at home everyday. That's where real change happens. Together we figure out what works for you at your pace and even at your place.

When you work with me you won't be alone. I give you the support and the challenge that will help you make change. You don't have to be alone to figure this out. Nor do you have to be perfect. It's important you understand what works for you and what doesn't.

We can find a way that makes for a better you - and you're the boss on this, no-one else! You set the agenda and make your investment of time and money work for you.

During the first sessions we'll discuss your vision for your health, some of the obstacles that stand in your way and how I can best help you feel your best and reach for the best possible quality of life.

Usually I work with you each week over 12 weeks. Experience has shown me that this is a good length of time to make some real change without it being too far in the future. We can discuss what fits best with your schedule.

Group Health Coaching

Here, we have four people who each have different goals and yet have enough in common to share. The most common denominator is self-care or the lack of it. We work out what these are and support each other to achieve these. I have found these groups create their own special bond as participants open up and trust each other. We have 'homework' between sessions as well as peer coaching so that you are truly accountable for what you commit to doing. You hear from the others what they have experienced, how they have dealt with their struggles and celebrate their milestones with them.

Topics include focus, confidence, happiness, energy, balance and mindfulness.

This is definitely a fun and affordable form of health coaching that works well. We meet together weekly for 90 mins over 8 weeks

TIME - to be arranged together

COST - $240.00 for the whole course (this is the equivalent to $20 per hour)

PLACE - to be decided, you could get some friends together at your house.

 

Group Presentations

My fun, interactive and educational health and wellness presentations are full of practical, affordable tips and advice. Perfect for community events, health centres, gyms, clubs, health fairs, schools, and more! Mini Sessions are also available.

Start your journey to better health with these introductory sessions that include easy snacks and recipes, ways to incorporate movement into your daily routine, what nutrients your body needs, and more!

Optimal wellness begins with having the knowledge, practical tools, and accountability to make, implement, and maintain healthy Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition choices. Join me for a fun event of interactive hands on learning!

Walk and Talk - the fun way to health

I also offer a Walk and Talk package. We meet regularly and head off to the hills or park. As we go we discuss your goals and actions are toward meeting them. This is a fun and, of course, very active way to get some value from exercise as well as coaching.
